Rokita Lab returns to AACR Pediatrics

So proud of Dr. Ryan Corbett and Dr. Meg Goswami, who represented the Rokita Lab at the 2026 American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Pediatric Cancer Conference! 🎉

They presented two posters. The first describes how tumor-specific splicing can nominate new therapeutic targets for pediatric brain tumors. The second introduces our web app, which lets researchers explore this splicing landscape without writing any code. You can try it yourself at tapestry.rokitalab.com.
