The Rokita Lab

Rokita Lab shines at the GW Bioinformatics Symposium

What a day at the GW Bioinformatics Symposium! 🎉

Two of our George Washington University master’s students, Vinay Gujjula and Jacob White, presented posters, and Dr. Kaylyn Clark presented as our postdoc. Congratulations to Vinay on winning first place and to Jacob on winning second place in the graduate student poster competition! 🏆

Dr. Rokita also gave a talk on TAPESTRY, our interactive resource for exploring tumor-enriched splice junctions in pediatric brain tumors.

Thank you to the symposium organizers, and to everyone who stopped by the posters for the thoughtful questions and conversations. So proud of this team! ✨
