Deborah Torrico-Pardo joins the Rokita Lab!

We are excited to welcome high school summer student, Deborah Torrico-Pardo, to the Rokita Lab at Children’s National Hospital (CNH) 🎉. Deborah was selected through the prestigious METEOR Summer Program at Children’s National Hospital and will work on preclinical validation of a tumor-enriched splice event in pediatric brain tumors.

Deborah is passionate about engaging the community in science research and advocating for science policy.
